Vision Planning and Consulting, LLC (VPC) is a small, women- and minority-owned, GSA Schedule firm specializing in disaster management, community planning, grant writing, and public outreach. VPC is a registered MBE/WBE and certified small business in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Virginia, Baltimore City and the District of Columbia. VPC has a long, successful experience in solutions for the five Mission Areas of Emergency Management: Prevention, Protection, Mitigation, Response, and Recovery. While VPC assists FEMA with policy and program development in disaster related areas, we implement these programs at the state and local levels. Our goal is to reduce that risk and provide maximum protection of people, physical assets, and economic well-being.
