Founded in 2022, VR Development Partners was formed by a group of real estate professionals with over 100 years of combined experience in a variety of real estate areas of expertise. VR's focus is the acquisition and development of 1-5 acre development sites for retail/medical and residential uses in high-growth areas of the United States. Starting with syndications of office and retail properties, multifamily condominium conversions, and small retail developments, VR's principals have been involved in hundreds of millions of dollars of real estate transactions.
