The VRED By Ginés & Baldwin, LLC, is more than just a real estate company, we are a design company as well, we use a 3D Interior and Exterior Design Program which is a Modeling Computer Communication Networks in a Realistic 3D Environment, in Real Estate simulations it has typically been visualized in the past through 2D representations. The benefit from 3D visualization to a seller and to a buyer have unlimited possibilities 3D models are used for a variety of mediums including architectural, engineering, commercial real estate, residential real estate, video games, movies, etc… The 3D modeling process produces a digital object capable of being fully animated, making it an essential process for character animation and special effects, and for our clients and customers to visualize their new home to be, or what they will like to get done to their already own home, or for those buyers that can’t find the new home to be can utilize the system to find their perfect home.
