We are proposing an online virtual social community for seniors in danger of dementia and people in the early stages of this disease. Our platform provides seniors with the chance to communicate with their peers in a virtual environment, design an avatar for themselves, express their daily concerns and stories, find out what they have in common, and support their peers. This will develop a group identity among them and replace their sense of loneliness and idleness with a sense of belonging, self-confidence, and usefulness.
We believe that every person has a life that needs to be lived. We aim to provide the dementia sufferers with a chance to enjoy their communications with others and live their life.
