🔹Established in 1996, VSIP was based on the friendship and economic cooperation between Vietnam and Singapore. The project was carried out by a joint venture set up by Becamex IDC Corporation from Vietnam and the companies led by Sembcorp Development from Singapore.

🔹From the first VSIP in Thuan An city, the total gross land bank of VSIP Group has increased to nearly 12,000 hectares in the southern economic corridor’s Binh Duong province, Can Tho City, the northern’s Lang Son, Thai Binh, Nam Dinh, Hai Phong City, Bac Ninh and Hai Duong provinces, and the central region’s Ha Tinh, Nghe An, Quang Ngai, Quang Tri, Binh Dinh and Binh Thuan provinces.
