Our five-step quality system ensures the most efficient and effective experience for all of our clients. Our first step is synthesizing a plan based on our client’s requests and requirements. We define the program materials, production, marketing, etc. The second step is to design the perfectly tailored-fit product based on the client’s specific needs. The third step is design verification which includes development verifications such as packaging standards, product/process quality system reviews, process flow charts, floor plan layouts, PFMEA, pre-launch control plans, MSA plans, SPC plans, and more. Fourth is the process validation, which includes Production Trail Run, MSA, SPC, PPAP, Production Validation Testing, Package Evaluation, PCP, Quality Planning sign-off. Our final step we evaluate our feedback and iterate our designs.
