VuPlex was born in the aviation industry and developed in Australia in 2008. It is used for helicopter canopies and aircraft windows to clean and protect them.
VuPlex® anti-static cleaner is specifically formulated for maintaining plexiglass, acrylic, perspex, PVC, and various plastic sheet materials. This specialised cleaner helps eliminate static buildup, preventing these surfaces from attracting dust, dirt, and abrasive particles like sand, ultimately reducing the risk of scratches.
Crafted with plastic-safe ingredients, VuPlex not only cleans but also enhances protection by applying a thin, protective layer to the surface. This coating helps shield plastic from (micro) scratches while also repelling water and harsh weather conditions that can contribute to ageing and cloudiness.
The window material used in Aviation is a very expensive type of acrylic plastic that requires specially tested products to perform the care function to maintain their lifespan and clarity. VuPlex is sold to major international aviation companies.
We had our MILLSPEC test done and are pleased to announce that VuPlex has been tested and conforms with the military specification MILSPEC P-P-560C. This gives clearance for the use on U.S made military aircraft.
Additionally, with the installation of our new aerosol filling plant, we offer contract aerosol filling as a service.
