VV Waves was founded in 2021 by Vessen Vassilev and is a spin-off company from the microwave electronics laboratory at Chalmers university of technology. Vessen holds a PhD degree for the development of scientific instruments for applications in radio astronomy and earth sciences. Since 2008 he has been working with the development of circuits and radio-modules in the frequency range 30-300 GHz for various commercial applications using modern semiconductor technologies. Recently we have been working on developing a sensor suitable for identifying the condition of road surfaces. In addition VV Waves offer services related to design, characterization and packaging of microwave integrated circuits (MMIC).
