VWAN is an international voluntary service (IVS) organization dedicated to promoting a culture of peace and development through organizing international voluntary projects in local communities for people of all ages and backgrounds.
Since 1963 VWAN has worked to contribute towards the development of thousands of added value projects in local communities which has enabled local and international volunteers to contribute towards positive social change and tackle simple community development challenges. Within these projects volunteer make valuable experiences that contributes to their self-development.
VWAN is a group of Service Civil International (SCI) and a member of the Coordinating Committee for International Voluntary Service (CCIVS-UNESCO)
