Supply Chain Security Assessments & Investigations: We conduct international supply chain security assessments and post-incident investigations for large high-tech clients to protect client IP and identify best-in-class vendors. Assessments range from: analyzing physical and IT security; secure handling, processing and tracking of IP; use of third party contractors including logistics; record retention; audit trails; business continuity and disaster planning; and incident response procedures and documentation.
