In W.I.N. Mastermind groups all members take part in the goal setting process through a “hot seat” and are then held accountable for following an action plan to achievr those goals. W.I.N.Mastermind Groups police themselves by applying peer pressure by members to achieve the results they have set themselves. Unless results are achieved there is no purpose to a mastermind group. Therefore, the effort put in by one member must be mirrored by the other members to ensure equal participation. Commitment in attendance and in participation is vital to delivering on promises. The measuring of progress and development is a critical factor, after all if it is simply a talkfest; a support group would be a better option.
