In 1968, Walter T. Rich founded W.T. Rich Company to provide construction services throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Established on the cornerstones of honesty, transparency and integrity, W.T. Rich began its corporate life providing strictly general contracting services. Our reputation for always putting the owner first quickly spread, and our capabilities as a firm simultaneously took flight.
In 2003, Jonathan Rich, Walter’s son and the firm’s CEO, and Brian Santos, President, took the strong foundation Walter created and catapulted the company into a new, modernized dimension.
