I joined the W. T. Rich team in 2007. In my role of Project Manager, I have quickly proven myself to be technically astute, responsible, diligent and highly productive. I have recently completed several extensive and complex renovation and new construction projects, and I am well-versed in the MGL Chapter 149 & 149A process. I have been involved in multiple CM at Risk projects, along with my experience with the traditional public design-bid-build approach, and I am very familiar with the collaborative approach associated with this delivery method. These projects have included both renovation and new construction each with their own complexities, constraints and challenges. I am familiar with BIM and 3D MEP Coordination software and implementation and have served as a LEED Accredited Professional on numerous projects. I have experience in all aspects of both MEP and Exterior commissioning and have worked closely with design consultants during the construction process. I have an outstanding work ethic, are extremely well-organized and have developed outstanding relationships with our clients, designers and sub-contractors.
