W. L. Taylor Construction is builder of architecturally significant, estate quality, custom homes in the Silicon Valley and Peninsula regions of the San Francisco Bay Area. We are pioneers in sustainable "green" construction. Bill Taylor, President of W. L. Taylor Construction is a Certified Green Building Professional and Certified GreenPoint Rater by BuildIt Green. W. L. Taylor Construction, Inc. has earned recognition for excellence in Green Building from the Town of Atherton, winning the Town's Green Building Award in 2007 for a new custom home. We built one of the first GreenPoint Rated homes in Los Altos, and were a major contributor to the City of South San Francisco's Green X-Ray House, a city owned, working show house full of green building ideas.
