WA is an African-American owned and operated, culturally diverse firm with over five decades of experience in a wide array of architectural project types. With offices in Cincinnati & Columbus, Ohio and St. Louis, Missouri, WA continues to grow; keeping good design at the forefront of our practice. Throughout our growth process, we've strived to achieve the right balance between critical thinking and spontaneous response to our clients' needs. Our recent growth and success can mainly be attributed to our focus in and around the markets of Healthcare, Higher Education and Research, and Community Development. Our past work in these markets encompasses many projects in both the public and private sectors; more recently including the Washington University Medical Center (in St. Louis), Nationwide Children's Hospital and Ohio State University - North Residential District Transformation (in Columbus), and the Vernon Manor Office Conversion and Cincinnati Children's Hospital (in Cincinnati). WA currently employs (8) registered architects as part of our staff; each bringing collectively an extensive and wide range of knowledge and expertise.
