With respect to a target acquisition, we are seeking a control equity opportunity in a situation where a business owner is considering liquidity options, retirement or reducing involvement in daily operations. With respect to investments in disruptive innovations, we are seeking industries that are more traditional that can be disrupted by leveraging technology innovations. We are seeking opportunities where we can take a board position and provide daily hands on strategic advice to the founders / CEO.
