WAEI aims at expanding the knowledge and awareness delivered to workers by offering reliable and valuable legal guidance when needed. The center receives legal inquiries through designated communication channels and direct complaints to one of the several channels of conflict resolution, such as mediation, conciliation, negotiation, or legal procedures. In addition, WAEI offers a legal hotline for all workers in Jordan to acquire information related to labor and employment law instantly.
WAEI is a collaboration between GFJTU and ILO sponsored by the generous support of Sweden and Norway.
