WAGNER Arbitration is a boutique law firm in Berlin with a special focus on arbitration, dispute resolution and international business law, especially cross-border transactions and real estate. Our multi-jurisdictional team has longstanding experience in assisting clients in avoiding disputes, advising in cases of emerging disputes and counselling throughout the entire process of a dispute. We act as arbitrators and mediators but also as party counsel in arbitration and litigation proceedings. From our previous practices, we know that unambiguous and precise contracts are the best way to avoid potential disputes in the first place. We therefore regularly advise clients in drafting commercial agreements to provide them with a firm legal basis for their undertakings be it inbound or outbound. This includes corporate structuring, private equity and venture capital investments, international trade, M&A transactions and joint ventures. We support our clients efficiently and with determination, focusing on a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach. The multi-jurisdictional nature of our team enables us to handle cross-border disputes across the globe and in various business sectors. Working languages of the firm are English, Finnish, French, Albanian, Portuguese and German. As of 1 January 2017, WAGNER Arbitration operates in the form of a partnership for lawyers with limited liability (Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB).
