What's the procedure ?
1. The first step will be to send you a quotation based on your packing list.
2. Once you confirme with us to proceed with shipment, we will book the space and contact your supplier for pickup.
3. When goods arrive at our warehouse, we will send you the B/L and freight bills according to the actual weight for confirmation.
4. After customs clearance is complete, the agent in Australia will contact you for tax and duty and arrange delivery to your address (If you want to choose a service including tax&duty, please kindly let me know when we make the quotation).
5. During transport, if the goods have been damaged or missing, we will make compensation according to your loss.
