Walk and Talk Learning

Walk and Talk workshops utilize conversational learning, movement, and natural settings to cultivate meaningful learning experiences. Our conversational learning method is supported by a wide range of research that demonstrates the benefits of movement and natural settings for learning experiences. We draw from a wide, diverse range of texts in philosophy and the sciences to foster conversations that are deep, meaningful, and relevant. We have designed a series of workshops utilizing our method that focus on team building, self-care, conflict resolution, and workplace archetypes.
