Walker's policy is to provide the full service from inception of a project to completion.
We offer Quantity Surveying, Employer’s Agent, Project Manager, Building Surveyor, Party Wall Surveyor, Site Inspector, Partnering Advisor and Code for Sustainable Homes Assessment services.
The Practice has been associated with a range of developments covering values from £100,000 to £100 million that include:
• Major new build projects of up to 800 dwellings including estate regeneration
• Major repair programmes
• Conversion/redevelopment of existing buildings
• Extensive development of ‘Brown Field’ sites and inner city redevelopment
