For too long, global indigenous communities have been disenfranchised. The accelerating speed of technologies only worsens this effect. History shows emerging technologies start broadly, morph to vertical markets & gravitate to niche markets. While NFT’s are early, they are exploding. WBW is bypassing the expected lag to indigenous communities by developing a community-based platform that empowers global indigenous communities, NOW.
Our Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is supporting the oldest continuous, living culture in the world – the Australian Aboriginal & Torres Strait Island culture, & comprises four core pillars of community empowerment:
1. Collaboration engine - enabling skill sharing through collaborations.
2. Online digital education – to enhance digital skills.
3. Providing best-in-class curated global indigenous galleries in leading Metaverse environments & beyond.
4. Providing Art Investors with the structures to support global indigenous talent.
WBW has 2 funding phases:
#1 - launching x3 Indigenous art Collections in Q1 ‘22 (Genesis Collection launching Jan 14, ’22). 60% of Funds (after direct costs) passed to the artists & Australian Indigenous charities. The balance used:
- to enhance global community engagement to help establish early product-market-fit
- to expand regulatory & legal guidance
- to enable carbon offset
- to support wholesale investor marketing
#2 – community token raise by wholesale investors to develop the WBW platform. WBW is fostering a community-driven, tokenized ecosystem to reward indigenous growth partners & platform supporters through behavioural economic models that reward empowering behaviour consistent with the WBW’s mission.
