820Express Enterprises is the parent company of the 820Express Ving Tsun Martial Science Club, the WALKING WEAPON Self Protection Skills System and the WHITE COLLAR WARRIOR Corporate and Executive Training Program. Services include private/semi-private/small group coaching and instruction in both simplified and easily applied self-protection skills, strategies & tactics as well as complete and undiluted instruction in traditional Chinese martial art (Ving Tsun/Wing Chun Gung Fu and both 24 and 48 pattern tai chi chuan) techniques, concepts and principles. Corporate Training Sessions are 2 hours in length and consist of simple, practical and effective self defense instruction for the purposes of increasing workplace productivity through self-empowerment and positive self-image enhancement, as well as fostering a sense of camaraderie and teamwork through shared experience.
