The $220,000,000 planned development of the land will result in a total of 656 residential dwellings, including 107 retirement apartments, a shopping centre and an internationally managed 100 apartment style tourist resort with a multimillion dollar Function Centre and cinema – the Wallaroo Shores Resort- which has Planning Approval from the District Council of the Copper Coast, with construction planned to commence before the end of this year.
The Wallaroo Shores residential development, comprises approximately 153 lots for permanent residents and holiday homes. Wallaroo Shores Lifestyle Village is intended to comprise low to medium density dwellings, with a centrally located activity hub having strong focus on social and community activities.
