Wall Street Connection

Wall Street Connection looks to close the wealth gap by building a stronger pipeline of Black financial services professionals by exposing overlooked high school-aged Black youth to the importance of the sector. We believe increasing representation in sectors that directly facilitate wealth building activities is critical to permanently improving the Black-White wealth gap in America. We envision a world where the Black community has the opportunity to work with bankers, loan officers, investment professionals, and other financial services representatives who look like them and understand the nuances of their cultures and their unique needs.
