Wall Street Connection looks to close the wealth gap by building a stronger pipeline of Black financial services professionals by exposing overlooked high school-aged Black youth to the importance of the sector.
We believe increasing representation in sectors that directly facilitate wealth building activities is critical to permanently improving the Black-White wealth gap in America.
