Walnut Creek Running Festival

Our mission is to encourage healthy attitudes about fitness through running and promoting competitive running at its highest levels. The Walnut Creek Half Marathon is excited to partner with local high school athletic departments by providing part of their race proceeds to each school so that boys and girls grades 9-12 who might not otherwise be able to participate, will have financing available to them. Money raised will also go to reviving sports that might have been cut because of budget cuts.
