Alpha Program (Ages 5-15) Our flagship "ALPHA" program is a dynamic blend of mental, physical, and holistic activities designed to harmonize both hemispheres of the brain for children aged 5 to 15. By tapping into a child’s innate potential for observation and intuition, this program empowers young minds to unlock their full cognitive abilities at a crucial stage of development. Over 30 joyful, game-like hours across 9 weeks, children develop enhanced intuition and improved focus. Alpha Plus (Ages 8-15) The "ALPHA PLUS" program builds on the foundation with advanced brain exercises, immersive music, and engaging video content to take learning to the next level. Designed for children aged 8 to 15, it enhances memory techniques and sharpens recall, all while using creative activities and challenges to boost different ways of thinking. This program encourages participants to fully harness their mental potential through innovative, hands-on learning experiences. ReStart (Adults 35+) The "RESTART" program is a 30-day journey to enhance lifelong mental fitness, focused on adults aged 35 and above. It’s a powerful exploration of exercise, nutrition, sleep, creativity, and mindfulness, scientifically crafted to boost mental agility and overall well-being. RESTART provides an opportunity to rewind, rewire, and rejuvenate the mind, helping participants cultivate positive thinking and meaningful growth for a more fulfilling future.
