Walsh Senior Solutions helps families of All Ages in NJ and PA to remain in their home and declutter or to downsize and moveto a new independent home, a smaller home, a 55+ Active Adult Community, or Senior Living Community with the goal of executing on a plan of “what to do with all my stuff” and finding them profitable solutions to their “excess possessions”, as well as reducing their moving bill. In the past 4.5 years, we have helped 900+ families in NJ and PA, and I launched this business after helping my own parents downsize 2x in 15-months (yikes! 😊) We are a Full-Service Move Management company and our “pick-and-choose” a la carte Services include helping families to Sort, Keep, Sell, Declutter, Donate or Discard their excess possessions in addition to Floor Planning services. We do not take any commission from the Estate Sale, Consignment, Online Auction, or Online Selling. We transport excess possessions to Donation organizations for a Tax Deduction, offer Junk Removal services, Estate Cleanout, House Cleaning before the Real Estate photos and Closing Date, the Packing and Moving of a traditional moving company, plus Unpacking services to have their new home setup and live-in ready. We also can take things slowly and help families tackle “problem areas” in the home such as garages, basements and attics so as to not overwhelm the family if they are “not ready yet” or if they plan to remain in their home and age-in-place. Walsh Senior Solutions is insured, and bonded and trained and certified through the The National Association of Senior Move Managers (NASMM.org), the only professional association supporting organization dedicated to assisting older adults and families with the physical and emotional demands of downsizing, relocating, or modifying their homes. NASMM is internationally recognized for its innovative programs, leadership and expertise on issues related to Senior Move Management, transition and relocation issues affecting older adults.
