The Walter Iezzi Development Group has been actively involved developing projects of uncompromising distinction on the Sunshine Coast since 1985. Walter Iezzi’s name is synonymous with luxurious residential developments and he has only ever developed these projects on the Sunshine Coast.

“In all my developments I am involved every step of the way, from designing functional living spaces to overseeing the major concrete pours. I need to be onsite as the buck stops with me. I guess you could say I’m an old school builder, perhaps it’s the Italian in me but it is critical that I know that everything is as it should be.” Walter Iezzi explains.
Walter is one of a few builders to have an open building licence, which allows him to build any type of structure from bridges to 60 storey buildings. It is testament to his thorough understanding of building design and construction.
