Founded as an independent, locally grown owner-operator of hospitality businesses, Kpat Hotels + Pubs takes an ambitious approach to meeting the evolving needs of the hospitality sector. Having initially run bars and pubs in the Darling Downs region, Kpat established itself as a major industry player with the development of the Oaks Toowoomba, a 102-room hotel, in 2020. Since then, the company has expanded its portfolio to include a diverse range of Hotels, Pubs, Cafes, and Conference facilities, forming close partnerships with internationally renowned hotel brands such as Minor Hotels. Kpat also proudly brought the first franchise operations of Minor's 'Oaks' brand to Australia.
