Ward's Care

We are a small, close-knit team of highly skilled carers working for an individual in his home in Newcastle. Supported by the NHS, Personal Care Assistants work in teams of 2 to provide high quality care, working in a positive, professional environment. We provide full training to those interested in getting into or experiencing a care setting. Some benefits of our company: You are able to develop a relationship with the client and your colleagues. You are not against the clock, the emphasis is on the quality of care which makes for a positive work environment. It allows staff to develop their skills fully and be confident in their work. You will learn a range of complex and important care skills, for which there is full training, and have the opportunity to undertake NVQ qualifications. There is flexibility in the weekly rota allowing other life commitments. We do not require uniform and there is free parking at the clients home.
