Warees Halal Limited

Warees Halal Limited (WHL) started in 2006 as a Halal division within Warees Investments Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura or Islamic Religious Council of Singapore (Muis), to provide local Halal facilitation and international certification services. On 11 September 2014, WHL was incorporated as a not for profit company limited by guarantee. As a Singapore company within the Muis Group, WHL is a one stop Halal centre that brings holistic solutions to businesses through our Halal advisory, capacity building, international certification and trade-link services. We cater to businesses that intend to export their products and provide services to Muslim consumers worldwide. WHL is the only agency authorised by Muis, a Singapore government body, to provide capacity building programmes and international Halal certification based on the Singapore Muis Halal Quality Management System (HalMQ).
