We founded the WARM Architekci design studio in 2021.
After many years of practice in renowned Polish design offices, we decided to go back to our roots and create a new place on the map of Olsztyn. We deal with architectural designs at every stage of the investment: from the absorption analysis, through the conceptual design, to the construction and detailed design.
Responding to the needs of users, we provide architectural services with passion, creating multi-disciplinary documentation including:
- multi-housing designs,
- single-family house designs,
- development complexes,
- public utility projects,
- service facilities,
- interior design projects.
The leitmotif of our architectural studio is quality, design in harmony with nature, respecting the local spirit and landscape, based on eco-solutions and modern technologies.
