WARM Architekci

We founded the WARM Architekci design studio in 2021. After many years of practice in renowned Polish design offices, we decided to go back to our roots and create a new place on the map of Olsztyn. We deal with architectural designs at every stage of the investment: from the absorption analysis, through the conceptual design, to the construction and detailed design. Responding to the needs of users, we provide architectural services with passion, creating multi-disciplinary documentation including: - multi-housing designs, - single-family house designs, - development complexes, - public utility projects, - service facilities, - interior design projects. The leitmotif of our architectural studio is quality, design in harmony with nature, respecting the local spirit and landscape, based on eco-solutions and modern technologies. We use BIM technology, which allows for the effective optimization of the project and the presentation of a 3d model to the client.
