Founded in 2024 by former Royal Marine Commando Ollie Osborne, Warrior Wellness Movement was born from adversity. After suffering a significant decline in health, wellness & performance in midlife, Ollie found himself at a crossroads. The discipline, strength & resilience that once defined him had been eroded by injury, setbacks & the demands of modern life. Refusing to accept mediocrity, he developed a blueprint - a system that not only restored his health, strength & performance but took him beyond where he had ever been before. This same proven framework is now used to coach clients who find themselves in the same position: veterans, professionals & high performers who have lost their edge and want to take back control. Warrior Wellness Movement is more than a coaching system - it’s a movement. A mission to raise health standards, restore lost strength & develop an unshakable mindset in those who refuse to settle for anything less than their best.
