We focus on the key pillars of what makes the human physique functional - strength and balance. We strive to achieve bodily feats that do not seem remotely possible. We relentlessly pursue fitness in all forms.
The focus here is on the "we". Our community is what truly defines us, the heart and centre of what we do is in supporting others and motivating each other to further our calisthenics goals. We are tired of commercial gyms, where nobody talks to you and gives you daggered glares from afar. To this end, we have started a society which offers the following:
