Warwick Real Estate & Construction Society

Founded in March 2020, Warwick Real Estate & Construction Society (WRECS) aims to prepare interested students for a career in Real Estate or Construction after their degree by providing them with opportunities to improve their technical skillset and to widen their network. WRECS offers Real Estate skills workshops (such as Excel, financial modelling, and case competition preparation), as well as various formal/informal networking events over the academic year, and a Real Estate financial modelling case competition, which gives teams the chance to show off their skills to a panel of judges. WRECS is the only Real Estate focussed society officially supported by the University of Warwick Students’ Union.
