Recognizing a need for a more systematic approach to denials and appeals, Washington & West worked with leading technologists to develop a robust software, Quantum Appeals© (QA), that improves tracking and reporting methodologies, facilitates collaboration among experts, and ultimately enables hospitals to increase profitability by lowering their denial rates and overturning more claims. Today, Washington & West uses Quantum Appeals to manage denials and appeals for many of the nation’s leading hospitals and health care systems.
