Prior to founding WPA, the core team of Larry Frager, Paul Wittman, and Matt Schaefer were all part of Lateef Investment Management, a San Francisco-based firm, founded in 1975. With over $400m under management, Washington Park’s clients range from individuals, corporations, profit-sharing plans, retirement accounts, trusts, foundations. Our purpose is to help preserve and grow our clients’ money. For over 25 years, we’ve maintained a disciplined investment strategy, successfully navigating the pitfalls of market fluctuations.
