We focus on recipes that champion local (primary focus: Perthshire & Cairngorms, secondary focus: Scotland) ingredients and relationships, creating beers & experiences that people love, reducing the distance between people and their food and generating locally-relevant, circular economic value in ways that minimise environmental impact and set a strong example of business being a force for good.
The brewery’s seasonal Taproom is also well known for serving some of the best, freshly made pizzas, stews and BBQ in Highland Perthshire, not to mention 11 lines of fresh draught beers!
