We’re zero waste consultants that reduce waste and direct companies towards a circular economy.
Our 'scret sauce' is creating closed-loop systems that are community-based because zero waste is a collective effort. The tools to create sustainable change must be accessible to everyone, not just those with deep pockets.
Being big fans of locally sourced food, we were inspired by the CSA (community supported agriculture) model that farmers have used for decades as an alternative to big-box retailers.
We used the CSA model, blended it together with our zero waste framework, and ta-da: community-shared systems was born!

Pre-pandemic you’d find us setting up zero waste systems and picking up litter at some of your favorite music festivals. We’ve continued to challenge the trashy status quo through organizational culture consulting and online education.
