Water Lane DMC is presenting ideas for how a new, green community could replace brownfield land at Water Lane in Exeter. A low-car, low-carbon community, close to the heart of the city. Our vision is that Water Lane will be a place where people will be able to live, work and spend their leisure time, where their everyday needs will be close at hand, and one which will complement the natural world and the built enviornment around it.
