Water Point Partners was originally founded to buy/build a platform in the residential water treatment market. After meeting a business owner with a portfolio of purified water & ice machines that shared a lot of the best characteristics with real estate (ex: contracted revenue, accelerated depreciation, and diverse industry adoption), we pivoted our focus to the B2B rental segment. Today, we operate Pure Point Water Solutions, a B2B water and ice machine rental business in New York and Connecticut. We’re actively looking to acquire water/ice rental companies, customer lists, or explore other partnerships.
