Water Resources Planning Organization (WARPO)

The Water Resources Planning Organization (WARPO) as the secretariat of the Executive Committee of National Water Resources Council (ECNWRC) is an exclusive government organization for macro-level water resources planning, coordination and implementation of the Bangladesh Water Act. WARPO came into existence in 1992 through the Water Resources Planning Act, 1992. It is a multi-disciplinary organization with an around 47 professionals from a wide range of discipline.
