WaterJug is an Innovation Design studio. We facilitate and accelerate the adoption of innovation into companies and organizations with minimum disruption. Using service design principles we help clients in the digital transformation of two main areas: development and distribution processes of products and services, and communication. We are witnessing the impact that technologies such as Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), Blockchain, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) are having on business and society, affecting all aspects of our lives. Innovation is changing the way we communicate, work, entertain, interact, and share with each other. In such rapidly evolving and ever-changing economic and social contexts, the gap between a company’s know-how and the knowledge required to adopt innovations is increasing, making it more and more difficult to stay competitive and relevant.
