Torch Applied Membrane:
A Torch applied membrane is a thin layer of water –light material that is laid over a surface. This is continuous and does not allow water to pass through it. For example, on a flat terrace, a troch applied membrane could be laid above the structural slab and below the finish tiles. This will ensure that water does no seep into the structural slab.
Chemical Coating:
Chemical coating is a two component, thixotropic, cementitious modified polymer coating with high adhesion to both concrete and steel. It is forms of hard, highly alkaline coating with a degree of elasticity which not only protects the concrete, or other substrates, from the effects of aggressive acid gases, moisture and chlorides, but also has greatly enhanced chemical resistance. It is particularly suited for the protection of concrete in sulphate contaminated ground conditions.
Bitumen Coating:
Bitumen waterproofing is the most common, easy and inexpensive way. Bitumen itself is waterproof and most important it is completely impervious to the destructive impact of moisture.
