In the mid 90's, Jeff Herman wanted to pursue the need for building structurally superior custom pools and outdoor living projects with highly detailed aesthetics and design elements. Today, Water Rock Custom Pools is an award winning custom pool and outdoor living builder based out of San Antonio Texas, with customers throughout the state. Water Rock is also called on to design and consult on projects both locally and across the country.
