After 20 years in the corporate world as a dynamic change agent for a Fortune 500 company, Kay Wigton McBrearty began Waterville Partners, a boutique consulting firm focused on two primary areas: • serving corporate clients in transformational change, strategy, change management and cultural alignment • providing career coaching, initially to 20-somethings, then women in transition, now people in transition. Corporate clients engage her because she is a high-energy, results-oriented change agent with experience in both line and staff roles across all levels of a global organization. She is able to provide strategic vision and create value based on needs of the business. Some examples include streamlining the new product development process for a leading consumer product firm and operationalizing the corporate vision and guiding principles for a global medical device firm. Coaching clients seek Kay’s unique perspectives gained from her Human Resources experience as Corporate Director of Staffing & College Relations, coupled with diverse leadership roles in field operations and corporate functions.
