Wattle Run

Wattle Run is a family-run Brisbane based bespoke developer committed to setting a new standard in commercial real estate where building excellence is as important as creating a sense of place within the community. Our developments are built with heart, based on ethical, inclusive and sustainable principles. We have a varied portfolio spanning across retail, commercial, hospitality and residential with an aim to create a strong community connecting people in mixed-use developments on the northside of Brisbane. Our current projects include The Sheds at Brendale and Griffin’s Freshwater Hub. 2021 has seen The Sheds at Brendale come to fruition with stage 1 being completed and the opening of its first restaurant My Oh My and drive thru take away The Coffee Hut. Stage 2 is currently underway with some exciting artisan businesses joining The Sheds in 2022. Freshwater Hub is well underway with the earthworks completed and our vision to create country charm city living with a shopping village, an urban farm, parkland and residential living starting to take shape. 2022 will be a big year for Wattle Run seeing these developments come to life.
