Waves’ founder, Lars Jørgensen, has more than 20 years of experience as advisor for chief executives and boards in strategic communication. Lars is characterized by his business acumen, extensive experience from many industries, a well-developed intuition, and the ability to quickly identify challenges, risks, and possibilities. He is straight forward and has the courage and the experience to assign functional solutions. Waves also consists of accomplished project assistants, who assist Lars in project management. Furthermore, Waves has competent permanent co-partners in Denmark and abroad, who specialize in strategic communication, product PR, graphic design, websites, video, and photography.
