Waves Project is a studio specializing in architecture and interior design, involved since its inception in various types of projects. The Company was founded in 1992 by Stefano Napolitani, to satisfy clients' requests for residential and hotel design. Having acquired a deep understanding of the Milanese market, Waves Project develops highly creative projects for real estate investment companies, transforming former industrial areas into more profitable residential and retail spaces. On behalf of developers, investment funds, and private investors, WP analyzes areas to be developed and properties to be restructured according to market requirements. The analysis includes not only an administrative and technical assessment, but also the drafting of a business plan and concept of the operation.
